About me
My name is Leo!
I live and work in London. I qualified as a clinical hypnotherapist with FreeMind Therapy in 2016 and jumped straight into practice. The subsequent years have given me considerable experience in traditional hypnotherapy: my clients were all ages and backgrounds and I saw a wide range of clinical presentations. I have led workshops in corporate and charitable settings, been interviewed on BBC Radio 5 Live and have a strong theoretical background in trauma and mental health. I also hold qualifications in counselling skills and yoga teaching.
In 2017, I set up Both Feet on the Ground as a vehicle for my ambitious, socially driven therapy work. In 2021, I drew on all my field experience to create a service to address what I see as one of the greatest health crises of our time: addiction to nicotine. I am passionate about helping smokers and vapers quit for good so they can live long, happy lives doing things that are important to them and having more money to do them with.
I have offices in Fleet Street, Central London and Camden, North London and also work with clients all over the world remotely over Zoom or Skype.
